137th NGAUS General Conference & Exhibition

Conference Registration Fee $165.00
Fee includes: general business sessions, exhibit hall and any meals or beverage breaks served in the hall, Governor's Reception, Hospitality Night, States Dinner, and a tote bag with items, such as a commemorative conference coin.
Additional fees apply for the following events:
If your company rented a trade show booth, your company should have received one or more complimentary voucher numbers. Each voucher number used waives the $165 conference registration fee. If you have not received your voucher number(s), please contact our NGAUS Tradeshow at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exhibit Hall Entry
A registration badge is required for entry to the exhibit hall. Special stickers or wrist bands will be issued on a daily basis for those workers who will be installing and removing booths on move-in and move-out days only.
Lodging (Currently SOLD OUT)
We'll have rooms from the 8th of September to the 14th of September at the Gaylord Opryland. The room rate is $176 per night, including all fees and taxes. You may be placed on our rooming list at the time you complete your conference registration.
